Thank you for shopping at BREEZE EXCHANGE. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us


Once we have received your parcel, please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund to the original payment method minus any shipping charges and handling fees if using our Easy Returns Method. We will notify you when this has been done.
Any items deemed in an unsaleable/ineligible for refund (not returned in their original condition within 28 days or receipt, damaged, soiled or with tags or security tape removed) will be rejected as a return and the customer will be notified by email. We do not accept returns products that are used. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels. We advise that you keep hold of your returns tracking number until your refund has been processed.


If you have misplaced your returns form please ensure that you include a note in the parcel with your returned item with your name, order number, reason for return and the items you wish to return. For more information please contact us.

The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.


We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Returning Goods You are given a return label with your purchase where you can return your items for free with the label we provided We will not be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend using our trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery. Gifts If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
